757 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 757 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all users of the 757 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 757 platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 757's services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the 757 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 757 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 757 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 757 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activity, disrupting platform systems, exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities, or using automated software (bots) to interact with the 757 platform. Violations may result in legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 757 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Deposit Requirements
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Deposited funds may only be used for entertainment purposes on the 757 platform. 757 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Withdrawal Requirements
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review and verification. 757 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name.
Processing time: Deposits are usually instant; withdrawals take 1 to 24 working hours depending on the method and your account's VIP level.
Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The 757 platform is provided "as is" without any ongoing warranty as to availability or accuracy. 757 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions or internet connectivity issues.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
757 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or the use of multiple accounts. Any legitimate account balance remaining in a closed account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to 757's final decision.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, images, software, and other elements on the 757 platform are the exclusive property of 757 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 757.
Third-Party Links
The 757 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 757 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
757 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made.
It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 757 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 757 platform will be resolved through the appropriate process under the relevant jurisdiction.
